FLOWER SHOW TICKET SALE EXTENDED
SeptemberThe Spring Day sale of tickets to the Cape Town Flower & Garden Show has been extended until the end of September. Pay only half the price of a regular ticket until September 30 from Computicket. Offer valid for adult, pensioner and scholar tickets.
The Cape Town Flower & Garden Show 2007 takes place from Thursday October 25 to Sunday October 28 at the Lourensford Wine Estate in Somerset West, Cape Town.
The event showcases world-class mini-gardens created by South Africa's leading garden designers and landscapers; the latest gardening trends; and the hottest ideas and products for sale in its horticultural marketplace. There is also a wide selection of Cape cuisine, wines, boutique cheeses and gourmet snacks.
Checkers will once again be hosting their Checkers tasting marquee for some light, but tasty refreshments. Menus have been carefully crafted by food expert Jenny Morris also known as The Giggling Gourmet.
The show opens at 9am and closes at 6pm daily, with an entrance fee of
R50 for adults and R35 for scholars and senior citizens, while children
